Illinois State Colors Project

Students from Pekin Community High School and East Aurora High School have been working on a project to establish official state colors for Illinois – something our state currently does not have under the State Designations Act.

As part of this effort, all students statewide are invited to cast their vote for Illinois’ state colors! By completing a brief survey, students can take part in shaping the future of our great state. The deadline to complete the survey is May 1 at 11:59 p.m.
