As part of their duties this summer, my interns (Brooke, Sadie, and Samantha) are spotlighting non-profits and small businesses in our local communities. This week, they would like to highlight Coffee Connection in Pekin.
Coffee Connection serves up handcrafted varieties of coffee, specialty drinks, pastries, and more in the heart of downtown Pekin. It serves as a friendly gathering place where all members of the local community feel welcome in a family-friendly environment.
