I supported and co-sponsored a bill concerning educational choice that passed both the House and Senate during the Spring Session. I believe students and parents should have more opportunities to choose courses that would directly benefit their career goals, such as those wanting to enter the trade industry. This additional curriculum flexibility benefits both students and schools.
