For my next Citizen Spotlight, I would like to recognize Kaiden Leezer, a Kewanee native who is an aspiring young musician. Kaiden is a Country/Southern rock artist based right here in Central Illinois. Kaiden recently performed at the Peoria Heights Food Truck Park event, which is held on the last Wednesday night of each month, April through September from 5-9 p.m. The Food Truck Park, which includes live music and at least six food trucks, is located at 1016 E. Marietta Avenue in Peoria Heights.
Kaiden performed at the first Food Truck Park event of 2026 last week, and he was featured in a Peoria Journal Star article and social media posts. Check out Kaiden’s Facebook page for more information on his next performances.
