Rep. Weaver Presents Resolution Honoring the Life of Chief Rick Young

Last week on the House Floor, I was honored to present House Joint Resolution 20. This resolution designates Illinois Route 97 as it travels through Maquon as Chief of Police Richard R. Young Memorial Highway.
