This week’s Intern Spotlight is Ethan Cain! Ethan is a senior at Pekin Community High School who plans to major in Political Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign next fall. He is very involved at PCHS, where he is the Senior Class Vice President, a varsity member of the Speech Team, as well as being the Student Director for Pekin’s most recent show: Dracula.
Ethan wanted the internship because he believes it will help him learn more about government, how it operates, and the overall ins and outs. He enjoys the internship because he gets to engage with people in the community and understand more about policy development.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys helping out in Life skills classrooms at PCHS, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
