Today’s #NOFOFriday highlights strategies to improve health outcomes and advance health equity in rural populations. The goal of these programs is to fund research targeted toward addressing underlying causes of heart disparities.
The awarding agency is the National Institutes of Health, and the award amount is up to $500,000. Eligible applicants include state and local governments, non-profit organizations, Federally-recognized Tribes, small businesses, and Public Housing Authorities.
