House Bill 1634 would force Illinois to adopt California’s low- and zero-emissions vehicle standards that would ban gas and diesel-powered motor vehicles starting in 2035.
Why on Earth should California have any influence over what types of vehicles Illinois families and farmers use? This is what happens when Chicago Democrats try to dictate how the rest of Illinois operates.
I am vehemently opposed to this bill and also dumbfounded that this would even be introduced.
