Thank you to everyone at Carle Health Pekin Hospital for the opportunity to tour your outstanding facility. I learned so much from speaking with the doctors, nurses, and staff, and I am beyond grateful for all the work they do in support of our communities.
I also want to thank the staff at Methodist College in Peoria for my recent visit to their very impressive and state-of-the-art school as well. It was great to see how each professor, faculty member, and administrator is training the next generation of healthcare professionals, including medical and nursing assistants, social workers, and registered nurses.
