Small Business Saturday is a day to celebrate and support our local small businesses and all they do for their communities. This year, I would like to recognize Good’s Furniture in Kewanee and Steger’s Furniture in Pekin and Peoria.
Good’s Furniture in Kewanee is a family operated destination furniture and mattress store that has been in business since 1895. Good’s features a massive campus of 12 historic, multilevel buildings situated on three city blocks. Good’s has an endless selection of furniture options for you to choose from.
Steger’s Furniture has locations in Pekin and Peoria. The business was founded in 1937 in Pekin by Joseph Steger and is now owned by a fourth generation of the family. The Pekin store features over 50,000 square feet of showroom, and Steger’s supports over 100 local charities.
