This October, I’ll be running the Chicago Marathon for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Central Illinois Community Council in honor of the thousands of people in Illinois who live with Multiple sclerosis (MS).
Defined by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as “an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body,” MS can have debilitating effects on those who suffer from it, with symptoms ranging from numbness to paralysis.
I’m so excited to run in support of the MS Society this year! Please click the below link if you’d like to join me in supporting a great cause.
